Passion-chi Fit and Flow is a unique blend of Qigong, Tai Chi and martial arts-based exercises designed to help get you fit and flowing with energy. Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient practices that originate from the Chinese School of Internal Arts. These internal arts incorporate standing and sitting meditations, breath work and flowing movements.
In Chinese, “Qi” means breath or life force and “Gong” means work or skill. Together Qigong (chi kung) refers to the skillful practice of gathering, circulating and applying your life force energy. Tai Chi means supreme ultimate and was originally developed as a martial art for self-defense. Masters of Asian martial arts lineage helped develop these internal energy systems over four thousand years ago. Today, millions of people practice Tai Chi and Qigong for their many proven health benefits.

The exercises follow the pathways of the energy meridians in the body and regulate the energy flow. They also focus on the body's energy fields, strengthening and balancing them. Coordinating breath with body movements and intention helps to drive energy through these pathways and open blockages.
In the chaotic and fast-paced environment of Western society, it's challenging to maintain a daily practice. Passion-chi Fit and Flow teaches you how to master external chaos by finding your inner center, remaining calm, and cultivating your chi field positively.
The routines are suitable for adults of all ages and skill levels. Benefits can be seen with as little as ten to thirty minutes of daily practice. The more time invested, the greater the benefits.
Classes are offered weekly online via Zoom meetings. To attend, you must register by email, and the meeting link will be provided. Classes are also occasionally held outdoors. Check the events calendar for the next scheduled class.
