These classes will show you many different ways to incorporate herbs, spices and sauces for a huge variety of dishes that are intended to be practical for the average person to easily make at home either for their family and/or large gatherings..

Join Lisbeth online and see how she cooks delicious plant based and whole food meals for her family that are full of nutritious ingredients including tasty herbs, spices, farm fresh vegetables, beans, lentils, seeds and many other goodies. She will also prepare other whole foods that your whole family will love.
This is an interactive class but you are welcome to just watch and take notes as she prepare these delicious meals.
In this class we will learn to prepare from scratch:
- Minestrone Soup with a Twist
- Tofu and Vegetable Stir Fry (I usually dislike tofu yet I love it in this dish)
- Lisbeth’s extra special garden Salad with homemade dressing
For any food allergy or dislike of a particular ingredient, Lisbeth can always offer or suggest a compatable substitute so don’t let that be a reason not to join us.
In this interactive zoom class, She will provide you with a list of ingredients and preparation instructions so that you are ready to follow along and cook with her. When finsihed, you will have a delicious and nutritious dinner ready for that evening.
Of course, you are welcome to simply watch her and learn how to cook these meals. In either case, this promises to be a golden opportunity for you to meet and interact with other like-minded foodies who love cooking and/or want to learn how to cook healthier plant based and whole food meals.
