Description:
Whether you meditate regularly, occasionally, or are new to meditation, these classes are for you. You will learn the art of present moment awareness as well as learning how to enhance your ability to focus inwardly. Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, reduce or eliminate pain as well as re-balance and align your chakra system (energy centers.)
In these meditation classes, you will be guided in specific group meditations and learn different meditation methods and techniques such as self-connection, self-awareness, grounding and present moment living.
Lisbeth teaches these concepts by explaining how energy works, movement techniques, chanting, focus, intention and other mindfulness teachings.

Description:
Sifu Edward offers a unique blend of Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts based movements designed to optimize your energy flow and to keep you fit and toned. You will learn to cultivate and harmonize your life force energy (aka chi) within the body, mind and spirit, to promote better health, wellness and longevity.
Sifu Edward has designed an energy flow system called “Passion-chi Fit and Flow” that incorporates gentle qigong and tai chi movements with synergistic breathwork providing an aerobic workout. In addition, for those wanting more of a cardio workout, he includes martial arts style exercises involving short bursts of high intensity movements fueled by the breath and the circulation of chi. This adds an anaerobic component to complement the qigong training.
The combination of these two energy systems has shown to have a positive net effect on overall physical and mental health due to the body-mind-spirit connection and the benefits of activating the body’s energetic pathways or meridians. This will keep you fit, toned and flowing with energy.
These gentle and easy to follow exercises are suitable for adults of all ages and ability. Accommodations will be made to those who have limited mobility.
