Women's Meditation and Energy-Talk Class

Are you interested in learning more about energy and how we are affected by it? These weekly Meditation & Energy-Talk classes are made up of a wonderful group of women who desire to learn more about themselves as they go deep into their meditation practice using various meditation practices. We also learn about the power of energy and how to balance ourselves and our life using these powerful tools. In these weekly classes we will learn:
  • Breath techniques
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Guided Imagery
  • Tension/relaxation exercises
  • Energy body scanning
  • Energy blockages/stagnation and how to release them
  • Learn how energy works and how to navigate inner resilience
  • Learn the art of true inner balance
  • Connect with other amazing women as we share and support one another
*The hour begins with community connection and a brief summary of how the week went energetically speaking for everyone. * We then discuss what is happening in the world from an energetic perspective and how to ground, align, release and receive accordingly. * We then meditate together using various techniques depending on the collective energy that is happening in the Universe and the collective group that has shown up for the evening. Lisbeth Fregonese has over 25 years of experience in energetic arts, holds certifications including Advanced Meditation Teacher Trainer (Yoga Alliance®), Spiritual/Mindfulness Coach, Life Coach (CCF™), Reiki Master, and Holistic Nutritionist, (AFPA Health, Nutrition & Fitness.) She achieved a second-degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate-Do and a first-degree black belt in Kobudo, contributing to her holistic approach. Dedicated to daily qigong and meditation, Lisbeth facilitates transformative meditation and group workshops on various topics related to energy, spirituality and overall wellness.
